ILLUSTRIOUS MUSIC
Illustrious Music is my music publishing company. It was started in 1993 upon the release of
"Standing on the Shoulders of Giants" by The Illustrious Theatre Orchestra at the suggestion
of Jim Keller at Dunvagen Music (Philip Glass' publishing company) in order to receive
100% of royalties earned, instead of the usual 50% that goes to the writer. Not only was it
a smart business decision, but I like the fact that I can say that I have my own company.
Now if I could just get it to make more money!
As I build this section of my site, my intention is to sell scores and recordings.
